If this is the case then all I can suggest is that you start a new world with this update, or stay on 0.14.0/1. I've been hearing reports of things getting deleted from the world following this update. You may not like the changes/ things may go wrong. Please be aware that when you update it's imperative that you back-up. ICBM is telling me it has id conflicts but I dont think this is the case as moving them only moves the conflicts so not sure what's going on there! Either which way so hello to turrets again! If you have a scuba tank or a gasmask as part of mekanism they will now be gone.
